Due to increased workload, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join their team immediately.
About the Role
This role sits within the Quality team and plays a key part in supporting document control, data accuracy, and system updates. You will be responsible for ensuring documentation is correctly maintained, formatted, and aligned with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Reformatting documents across Word and Excel
- Copying and transferring data from old templates into new templates
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting quality and compliance processes
- General administrative support as required
About You
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including formulas)
- Confident using multiple systems and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
