The ideal candidate will have demonstrated call centre experience with a passion for customer service. You are confident, energetic, with a drive to succeed along with:
- Demonstrated experience working in a call centre
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the delivery of service, negotiation and sales targets
- Excellent telephone skills, customer service orientation and tech savvy
- Experience working in an environment with KPI's
- Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong competency with MS Office and other CRM systems
