Position Overview
Our client is an industry leader with over 35 years experience of innovation, safe and diligent producers. They are one of the largest vertically integrated food producers in Australia employing over 1600 employees across the country. - Flexible hours (8hrs but within a flexible range from 7am to 10am)
Primary responsibilities:
- Incoming calls and emails resolved within SLAs with satisfactory outcomes.
- Entry of orders and invoices is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Escalations managed calmly in accordance with procedures.
- High utilization of systems with all relevant information clearly captured.
- As required, all general administrative tasks completed with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to work independently and proactively, identifying needs and recommending improvements.

Experience and Requirements:
- Monday - Sunday (Saturday / Sunday rotating roster)
- 6am - 6pm (between these hours, standard 8 hours but needs to be open to OT if required)
- Public Holidays (coverage is required rotating roster)
- Annual Leave is limited during Easter / December - January
- Order entry experience SAP or similar
