As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by booking appointments through proactive outbound calling to businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting 100-120 outbound calls to businesses daily
- Booking appointments for Senior Consultants
- Building rapport and identifying sales opportunities
- Managing pipelines and updating CRM systems
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Contributing to a high-energy and performance-driven sales team
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous outbound sales, appointment setting, or high-volume calling experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within KPI-driven environments
- A resilient, motivated, and money-driven mindset
- Strong energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced sales environment
- Immediate availability highly regarded
