A family-owned food manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Storeman to join their fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on role working across inbound, outbound, storage, and production support within a busy FMCG-style environment.
About the role
You will be responsible for the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse and production interface, ensuring stock is received, stored, moved, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a true all-rounder role, not just forklift driving.

Key responsibilities
- Receive, check, and process inbound deliveries
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Operate high reach forklift in tight warehouse spaces
- Move stock between warehouse and cold storage site
- Cycle counts, replenishment, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Experience
- Minimum 3 years high reach forklift experience (essential)
- Confidence working in tight warehouse environments
- Solid warehouse experience (FMCG or food industry highly regarded)
- Basic computer literacy (order reading, simple systems)
- Full Australian working rights
