Our client is an established organisation operating within a highly regulated engineering and manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced HSEQ Officer to support their operations at their Naval Base facility.

About the role:
As an HSEQ Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support WHS administration including incident reporting, hazard management, and corrective actions.
- Maintain WHS registers including inductions, training, plant/equipment, and risk assessments.
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, SWMS, SOPs, and safety documentation.
- Support ISO 9001 quality systems including audits, non-conformance tracking, and supplier compliance.
- Assist with operational risk assessments, hazard identification, and risk register maintenance.
- Support physical security, compliance systems, and audit preparation activities.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Minimum 3-5 year's experience in WHS, HSEQ, quality, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of risk management and hazard identification
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 environments (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Competent with Microsoft Office and digital record systems
