Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and contractors as the first point of contact

- Manage emails and general enquiries, responding or forwarding as needed
- Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage visitor sign-in processes
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth visitor and phone experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and strong email writing skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
