We are urgently seeking 15 dynamic professionals to join this innovative and fast-growing company. What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000 plus 11.5% superannuation, with uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses.
- Permanent full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
- 6-month salary review based on performance.
- Convenient Sydney CBD location, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm-no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to engage potential clients and generate leads.
- Set appointments or close deals during client conversations.
- Understand and communicate the client's value proposition effectively.
- Manage your own schedule, including call-backs and future opportunities.
- Consistently meet weekly KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct research on potential prospects and manage customer pipelines.
- Utilise CRM systems for seamless data entry and customer management.
- Educate customers on the full range of services and packages available.
- Continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
