Position Overview
- Provide technical support and if required coordinate delivery of service
- Advise on initial spares requirements
- Effectively manage service issues
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to service agents, internal and external customers
- Repair and refurbish where economically viable items returned to the workshop
- Perform service in the field as required
- Report on activities
- Manage workshop inventory
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience servicing major domestic appliances
- Licenses required to service major domestic appliances (Re-connect Disconnect license) - this course will be available if technical knowledge is shown in previous work.
- Electrical License - desirable
- Valid NSW Driving License
