About the Role:
One of our well-established clients based in Bayswater North are currently seeking a Workshop/Operations Manager. This position is a permanent Mon-Fri placement, 8:00am-5:00pm.
This role will be reporting to the Managing Director and will involve management of all service staff and service jobs, coordination and inventory of parts for maintenance and repair works, scheduling of repairs, as well as the coordination of on and off hires.
Remuneration package is $85-95K - negotiable upon experience.
About You:
- Experience in, or an understanding of Machinery, Repair and Service
- Experience in leading and motivating a team, including coaching, developing and guiding staff
- Ability to prioritise and plan work to meet deadlines
- Experience in working within set guidelines and policy framework
- High level of computer literacy across a range of devices and programs
- Ability to overcome daily obstacles to maximise work output
