We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership at our esteemed care center. As the Facility Manager, you will lead with vision, governance, and clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services aligned with our organizational culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and adjust strategies, policies, and operational procedures to maintain high-quality residential aged care services.
- Manage the annual budget efficiently to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business development and innovation.
- Provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to the team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and corporate strategies.
- Continuously monitor performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and standards, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
- Foster effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead and support staff competency development initiatives.
- Uphold company values and fulfill any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing with relevant state registration and practicing certificate.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalent (Desired).
- Management experience in the Aged Care Sector with clinical experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
