As a result of strategic expansion, this Parramatta based team specialising in Industrial and Manufacturing labour hire is seeking to appoint a seasoned Account Manager with solid experience working in the blue-collar space.
The Role
This role will be responsible for building on existing client relationships within a strong portfolio including several preferred supplier partners. Supported by a team of Recruitment Coordinators this role will be predominantly account client management..
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years account management/recruitment experience within the blue-collar sector is preferred
- Proven success maintaining a structured call and visit cycle
- The ability to forge strong stakeholder engagement at all levels of an organisation
- Self- motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
