Our client is a leading manufacturer in swimming pool and water filtration equipment, and they are currently seeking 2 administration officers for short term roles over the Christmas/ New Years peak period. There is a possibility of extension for the right candidate.
The roles are based in Morningside and on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
The role:
- Answering phones and resolving customer enquiries
- Assisting customers in the trades centre
- Responding to emails
- Transferring incoming calls to the relevant parties
- Process credits for returns, price adjustments and overcharges
- General cleaning duties of the showroom
- Action sales orders
To be successful:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Own reliable transport and drivers licence
- Right to work in Australia (i.e birth certificate or passport)
- Well presented with an eye for detail
- High level of communication skills both written and verbally
