Be the face of our client's company, the Customer Service Operator will be responsible for receiving and managing phone bookings and live chats from clients in an efficient and courteous manner. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.

About the role
As the Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Duties:
- Answering all calls and live chats promptly and courteously.
- Providing clients with accurate product and service information.
- Assisting clients in selecting the correct service for their needs.
- Monitoring designated accounts and communicating any issues or delays to clients.
- Managing live chats to meet client expectations and provide timely responses.
- Assisting drivers with queries and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and interactions.
Key Performing Indicators (KPI's):
- Answer and maintain all calls and live chats professionally.
- Answer all incoming calls within 15 seconds.
- Complete all bookings with maximum accuracy.
- Monitor designated accounts and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Maintain a high attendance rate and punctuality to rostered shifts.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated/proven experience in a Customer-Driven Environment
- Eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Excellent understanding of the Sydney Geographics.
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong commitment to ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Possess excellent attention to detail as well as fantastic communication skills.
- Be self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.
