As the company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join the production team.

The Role
As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in the manufacturing process, working with precision to produce lighting components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating CNC machines to fabricate metal or plastic lighting parts
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specs
- Setting up and adjusting machine tools and fixtures
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining equipment and work area cleanliness
- Following safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines - desirable
- Previous machine operating experience Min 1 year
- Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Experience in lighting or metal fabrication industries is a plus
