We're proud to be partnering with a highly regarded healthcare organisation based in Bentley, currently seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join their high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
This is a client-facing role with real impact, where your ability to build trust, understand complex needs, and drive unique solutions that will directly contribute to business growth. You'll play a key role in expanding customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and providing equipment solutions that improve quality of life.
You'll work closely with families, allied health professionals, and key decision-makers, building trust, generating new business, and strengthening existing client relationships.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $75,000 (negotiable based on experience) + 11.5% superannuation
- Full-time, permanent position with stable Monday to Friday hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) No weekends

About the role
As a Customer Relations Manager, your responsibilities would include:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales growth and long-term relationships
- Proactively identify new business through client visits, referrals, and networking within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations, providing tailored equipment recommendations and expert support.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to successfully convert opportunities into sales
- Negotiate pricing and contracts that balance client needs with business objectives
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery, while staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
To be successful, you will possess the following
- Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within healthcare or B2B environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, customer-first approach
- Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored, solution-based outcomes
- Well-organised with excellent time management and CRM/system proficiency
- Current clean driver's licence, police clearance, and COVID-19 vaccination required
