Your new role

Working in a small dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Calling existing customers to renew their contract or schedule maintenance

To be considered you must have:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience working in a customer service capacity is highly regarded
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally;
• A positive attitude
• Intermediate to Advanced PC skills
