Momentum Consulting are currently working with an iconic Australian brand who are seeking a customer service superstar.
Your new role
Working in a small dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Calling existing customers to renew their contract or schedule maintenance
To be considered you must have:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience working in a customer service capacity is highly regarded
- Capability to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally;
- A positive attitude
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills
