About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver friendly, responsive, accurate, and consistent service while supporting the end-to-end order process. The role also involves managing and tracking all orders, coordinating daily deliveries, stock production, follow-ups, and working closely with the warehouse and production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and quotations, coordinating with purchasing and supplier partners
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently
- Manage pricing with a strong understanding of cost drivers to ensure profitability and sustainable margins
- Liaise with purchasing and buying teams regarding customer back orders
- Collaborate with internal departments on customer and product-related matters
Key Attributes
- Proven customer service success in a B2B environment
- Experience working within a supply chain or warehouse environment
- Strong experience processing customer orders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
- Sound data entry speed and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
