Momentum Consulting are working with a well-established Company Located on the "Sunny Northern Beaches" - this role is to provide a strong Customer Service Supervisor to manage a team of two Team Leaders and 12 Customer Service Agents.
About the role
- Assisting with recruitment of new staff
- Initial training & inductions for new CS agents joining the team
- Provide direction, continuous support, and training to 2 Team leaders on a regular basis
- Provide continuous support and training to 12 Customer Service agents on a regular basis
- Resolving escalated Customer complaints and providing appropriate information back to the customer
- Investigating & logging negative feedback from Customer surveys
- Listening to agents calls to assist with performance / probation reviews
- Conduct & manage team meetings to keep staff motivated with set objectives & team goals
- Review daily statistics and provide feedback to the Customer Service manager
- Provide assistance with customer enquiries during busy times
- Suggest and think through new potential incentives for the Call Centre Team
