Momentum Consulting are currently seeking 2x Customer Service Consultant for ongoing roles based in Beenleigh working in the Manufacturing and Transport Industry. MUST HAVE Transport booking experience.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday 38 hour weeks
- Hours will range between 6am and 5pm
- Maintain, develop, and increase customer service and sales
- Implement and maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Receive customer orders via direct contact, phone, fax, or email
- Enter customer orders accurately through the SAP system
- Serve customers directly over the counter and provide a professional service
- Assist in the development of customer service and sales initiatives, local marketing of products produced and supplied by the company and associated any associated products as appropriate
- Assist in future business including the preparation and submission of quotes, estimates and the like
To be successful:
- 12 months Transport booking experience
- High quality Administration skills
- Available for an immediate start
- Previous SAP experience
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours between 6am and 5pm
- High level customer service skills and attention to detail
