Job Description

Momentum Consulting are currently seeking 2x Customer Service Consultant for ongoing roles based in Beenleigh working in the Manufacturing and Transport Industry. MUST HAVE Transport booking experience.

About the role:

  • Monday to Friday 38 hour weeks
  • Hours will range between 6am and 5pm
  • Maintain, develop, and increase customer service and sales
  • Implement and maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Answer the phone in a professional manner
  • Receive customer orders via direct contact, phone, fax, or email
  • Enter customer orders accurately through the SAP system
  • Serve customers directly over the counter and provide a professional service
  • Assist in the development of customer service and sales initiatives, local marketing of products produced and supplied by the company and associated any associated products as appropriate
  • Assist in future business including the preparation and submission of quotes, estimates and the like

To be successful:

  • 12 months Transport booking experience
  • High quality Administration skills
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Previous SAP experience
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours between 6am and 5pm
  • High level customer service skills and attention to detail
