We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity, offering an attractive starting rate of $32 per hour and a clear career trajectory toward a Senior-level position.
The successful candidate will manage a critical dual role, balancing general factory duties with essential dispatch and inventory administration.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Mandatory: Current Forklift License required for loading/unloading and inventory management.
- Execute daily Dispatch duties, including creating bookings and managing schedules.
- Perform assembly work, machine operation, and general factory duties utilising power and hand tools.
- Assist with inventory management and general factory duties.
- Commitment to the core work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am starts (No standard weekend shifts).
- Overtime is available during the week, with a consistent opportunity for a Saturday shift (6:00 am to 12:00 pm).

As a Dispatch Hand, you will be responsible for the following:
- Forklift operations
- Liaise with management and installation/service coordinators in a timely manner to address supply issues and outcomes
- Ensure optimum output for supply and installation of sectional and roller doors to both the direct supply and installation for subcontract teams.
- Preparation for loading of truck deliveries and timings.
- Assisting with stock control
- Support of the dispatch Manager and leading hand to achieve customer and installer service. Completing general dispatch requirements as required. Including liaising with administrative staff to achieve supply/collection objectives
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Previous Dispatch and operational employment preferably aligning to the manufacturing industry.
- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
- Forklift license mandatory
- MR License preferable not Mandatory.
