Assist in preparation of quotes for tendering to clients in a timely manner, improving conversion rates and reaching sales targets.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your major duties include but are not restricted to the following key focus areas:
- Management of shared tender inbox
- Assist Estimating and Sales Department by setting up new leads/quotes
- Follow up of all quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Obtaining critical customer information
- Management of customer relationships and data base
- Provide company with valuable customer feedback
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Customer service skills
- Experience in establishing rapport with customers
- Computer skills - Be experienced in Microsoft Suite, CRMs, database management and quoting software (PipeDrive, Aroflo, Groundplan) - Desirable software experience
- Quickly comprehend industry knowledge/lingo
- Ability to keep on top of daily follow ups
- Customer focused with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and great interpersonal abilities
