Our client is involved in freight forwarding, and is now seeking a permanent full-time Export Clerk/ Key Account Manager to become part of their friendly team.
This role will involve:
- Liaison with customers and other offices to coordinate export shipments
- Management of a large key account for the business including organisation of their orders
- Ensuring achievement of client KPI's
- Arrange EOMs
- Booking of shipping lines
- Relationship management
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to be proactive
- Great customer service
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Knowledge/ experience in export operations (desirable)
