Our client, a leading international provider of services to the aviation industry, requires a Cargo Flight Clerk to work in their team at Perth Airport, coordinating freight acceptance and delivery procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Offering highly competitive rates of pay and full-time hours on a rotating 24/7 shift roster. Available to start ASAP!

About the role

As a Cargo Flight Clerk you will be responsible for the following:

· Manage cargo bookings, tracking, and quoting.

· Provide outstanding customer service on import/export enquiries.

· Prepare airway bills, flight manifests, and cargo documentation.

· Handle special cargo including perishables, animals, and dangerous goods.

· Assist with reporting and general warehouse operations.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

· Full-time working rights with flexibility for rotating 24/7 shifts.

· Previous aviation experience highly desirable; candidates from logistics, admin, or customer service backgrounds encouraged.

· Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.

· Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.

· Compliant with regulatory requirements (Border Force, ASIC, Quarantine) and able to pass pre-employment checks.
