On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Lawyer or Associate to join their Statutory Insurance team in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside respected partners and senior lawyers in the workers' compensation Team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting for insured employers on behalf of statutory insurers, including WorkCover New South Wales.
- Advising state, national, and international insurers, self-insurers, and corporations.
- Managing a varied caseload including workers' compensation, product liability, public liability, and institutional conduct abuse matters.
- Drafting codes of practice and workplace safety policies for large organisations.
- Running files through to resolution, including litigation and court proceedings.
- Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- 3-4 years' post-admission experience.
- Proven experience in managing workers' compensation or personal injury claims from end-to-end.
- Familiarity with WorkCover New South Wales panel work (highly regarded).
- Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing files, court processes, and client relationships.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
