On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury team on a permanent basis. This role offers the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, while being part of a supportive and collaborative culture that values excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors across Workers' Compensation, CTP, Public Liability, and TPD matters.
- Draft, prepare, and format legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs.
- Manage client files with accuracy, ensuring records are maintained and deadlines are met.
- Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, barristers, and medical experts.
- Coordinate appointments, mediations, and settlement conferences to support case progression.
- Assist with billing, document management, and general office administration while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused team.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant, ideally in personal injury (WC, CTP, public liability, or TPD).
- Strong skills in drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing case files.
- Proficiency with legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-focused and client-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
