Momentum Consulting are currently working with a leading Government agency who are seeking a part time Marketing Officer for an initial 6-month assignment in Inner Sydney.
In this role you will be working closely with the Principal Advisor to assist in the development of communication materials including brochure, web copy and videos. You will also be responsible for providing a range of marketing project support and coordination services.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provide marketing support services including reviewing and tracking of documentation
- Ensuring marketing support activities and services meet agreed standards and are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist in development and approval process of briefs and proposals for projects
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including advertising and media agencies
- Liaise with external vendors to manage the development of communication materials
- Manage timelines for multiple projects and work within tight deadlines
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications and /or Marketing
- Proven experience working within the marketing industry
- High levels of written and verbal communication
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced, changing environment and meet tight deadlines
- High Level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn
