In this varied and fast paced role, you will be working collaboratively with various stakeholders to manage NPD projects form concept through to launch.

Key accountabilities:

• Facilitate new product ideas
• Lead product development projects
• Participate in hands on development work
• Conduct production trials, develop samples and support product launches
• Provide technical support and assistance to the business
• Customer presentations
• Manage technical aspects of the projects including approvals, documentation and management of resources and timelines

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary Qualification in Food Science of related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role working with short shelf life products
• Experience with fresh value-added products
• QAS, Specification, PIF & Retail specification portal experience
• Capability to make holistic decisions related to both technical and innovative solutions
• Strong time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
