Customer Service Outbound Sales-Cold Calling

Our client is a well known Lighting Company based in South East Melbourne that specialises in distributing lighting products to customers all over Victoria. They are currently looking for upbeat, bubble and success driven candidates to join their dynamic team. This is a full time ongoing role working Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.45pm with no over time involved, $24 p/h pay rate with an uncapped bonus and comission structure.
The duties of this role include:
- Cold calling existing customers
- Working as a team to meet KPI's
- General data entry
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role/outbound customer service or telemarketing preferred
- Superior communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- Confidence and the ability to work in a busy environment
- The right attitude and passion to succeed in sales
