Position Overview: Are you a passionate sales leader with a knack for motivating teams and driving results? We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Consultant Team Leader to join our clients growing team in Auckland. In this role, you will lead a team of 12 sales consultants, inspire performance excellence, and drive outbound sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, provide feedback, and strategize sales approaches.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, making outbound calls, and booking meetings.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for driving results.
