About the role
As a production assistant your responsibilities would include:
- Assist with manufacturing and packing
- Operate basic machinery and follow production schedules
- Support warehouse staff with stock handling and order preparation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse team
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or hands-on labouring role
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a quick learner eager to develop skills through on-the-job training
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
