Position Purpose:

Our client believes in the power of great coaching to elevate their sales team's success. As a Call Center Sales Coach, you will own and deliver key accountabilities that support their Sales team. You'll contribute to their culture by living their values and demonstrating their behaviours.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Execute comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback.
• Analyze sales figures and performance metrics.
• Report on training effectiveness, KPIs, and actionable insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Integrate training concepts into the sales process.
• Serve as a mentor and role model.
• Stay abreast of the latest sales training tools and technology.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field experience (preferred).
