Benefits:
- A base salary of $65,000, +11.5% Super, uncapped commission - Average OTE of 90k-100k per year
- 3-month Training and development programme
- Permanent Position
- 6-month salary review based on performance

- No weekend work! Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-5 pm
- Annual Overseas trip for high performers

About the Role:
- Make impactful outbound calls to engage potential clients.
- Call leads from a database and research potential prospects.
- Efficiently set appointments
- Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the client's value proposition.
- Take charge of managing and developing your schedule, including call-backs and future opportunities.
- Meet weekly KPIs and targets with enthusiasm.
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems for seamless operation.
- Apply and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers on all products, services, and packages.
