Benefits:
A base salary of $60,000, +11% Super, Uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses

6-month salary review based on performance
Perth CBD location
No weekend work! Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm

About the Role:
Make impactful outbound calls to engage potential clients.
Efficiently set appointments or close deals during conversations.
Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the client's value proposition.
Take charge of managing and developing your schedule, including call-backs and future opportunities.
Meet weekly KPIs and targets with enthusiasm.
Call leads from a database and conduct research on potential prospects.
Utilize CRM and data entry systems for seamless operation.
Effectively manage customers through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, and strong listening skills.
Apply and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
Educate customers on all products, services, and packages.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
