About the Role:
- Engage potential clients through impactful outbound calls.
- Efficiently set appointments or close deals during conversations.
- Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the client's value proposition.
- Manage and develop your schedule with call-backs and future opportunities.
- Meet weekly KPIs and targets with enthusiasm.
- Utilise CRM and data entry systems for seamless operations.
- Skilfully manage customers through lead generation, pipeline management, and strong listening skills.
- Apply and continuously refine various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers on all products, services, and packages.
