Momentum Consulting are currently working with a leading food service distributor who are seeking a Sales Manager.

The Role:
Leading a team of experienced sales representatives, you will be focused on new business development and relationship management of existing customers. You will be on the road 2-3 days per week and mentor your team in order to ensure financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives
- Attending management meetings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Drive new business
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in sales within the food industry
- Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the drive to deliver and exceed customer expectations
- Results-orientated, with a positive and driven approach to selling
- Highly developed time management skills with the ability and to carry out plans in an efficient manner
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- A current and valid driver's license and own vehicle
