About the role
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process including but not limited to order checking, backorder reviews, order amendments, pricing validation, etc
- Manage customer delivery and catalogue requirements
- Generate reports and provide information to customers as and when needed
- Review and process customer claims such as returns, courier emails, overcharges, etc
- Maintain and update the online pricing catalogue
- Manage and support new stores opening and closure notifications
- Provide administrative support to the sales team for any and all requests
- Work closely with all teams to achieve business targets and provide support as and when needed
- Work closely with customers on product roadmaps/transitions and effectively communicate these to our customers
- Handle customer enquiries including but limited to progress of orders, product information, stock availability, deliveries, invoices, etc
- Manage issues raised by customers and escalate if needed
- Provide reception relief as and when needed
- Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customers
- Provide training support to customers and to internal staff on systems and processes.
- Co-ordinate customer delivery requirements with freight partners
- Handle delivery issues in a timely manner
- Support process and execute the delivery and return of evaluation products for Sales
- Review reports and ensure timely shipment
The Successful Applicants will need to have
- Previous Admin Skills
- Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Be Available for an ongoing role and able to commit to 5 days per week
