This position drives effective new customer onboarding onto our client's online customer platforms (including SalesForce.com back-end portals). This role will be coordinating multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to implement tools, which enhance the customers' experience and satisfaction in the fulfillment and delivery of their orders. Working closely with the project management team, fulfillment, Commercial excellence, and sales teams, this role is heavily project-driven and will rely on strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of online tools that suit our client's customer needs and will play a pivotal role in the effective onboarding of customers onto these tools. Working closely with the project management team, you will lead end-to-end project delivery of customer onboarding activities.
- Implementation of global online tools in the ANZ market by ensuring the tools/portals have the right local information, product ordering requirements, customer order inquiry requirements, etc.
- Responsible for testing of the tools to ensure the above.
- Management/Coordination of customer data updates into the tools (such as pricing/products/accounts)
- Partner with commercial teams to effectively onboard customers onto tools and manage the implementation process
- Listen to and understand customer requirements and provide best fit solutions based on company system capability
- Be the key liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer transition to the online tools
- Collaborate with Regional and Global colleagues, learning about best practice, and implementing standardized processes and consistency with customer interaction
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of customer service processes, products, and the Customer Service organization, providing technical support for the customers and customer Service team on online portals
- Solution orientated - proactive escalation of issues.
- Escalate complaints to the Customer Service Leadership team as required
- Work with trainers and product / marketeers to identify training gaps and assist in refresher sessions both internally and externally, to uplift customer interactions.
- Attend onsite and online meetings to ensure current information is captured, updated, and published.
- Building implementation pipelines based on customer needs.
- Providing key reporting and commercial insights for greater business visibility and
- Developing and leading customer project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each implementation
- Supporting broader team projects and initiatives focused on continually improving customer experience
- Other duties as required
