On behalf of our client, we are seeking Lawyers at varying levels of experience (1-6 PAE) to join their Brisbane Insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners seeking to build their expertise in a supportive, flexible, and career-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Act on behalf of major Australian and international insurers in public liability, property damage, and institutional/government abuse matters.
* Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated insurance claims, with appropriate guidance based on experience.
* Draft and prepare pleadings, advices, settlement documents, and court submissions.
* Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
* Provide commercially focused legal advice to insurers and insureds.
* Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex, high-value matters.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
* Between 1-6 years' post-admission experience, ideally in insurance litigation, personal injury, or related practice areas.
* Strong drafting and technical legal skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confidence in managing files and client relationships with professionalism.
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* A collaborative, client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in building a career in insurance law.
