The role:

All-rounder Storeperson: These roles will be 50% on the forklift and 50% manual handling work. Your duties will include:

Your initial 3 months will be spent in a packing section and you will not be operating a forklift during this time.

• Packing section
  • Manual pick packing
  • Shrink wrapping pallets
  • Palletising freight
  • Scanning freight
  • Use of power tools

• High reach forklift work
  • 6 racks high
  • RF scanning
  • Double Deep racking
  • Replen and Putaways

• Counter balance:
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Receiving and despatch work
  • Manual handling
  • Manual wrapping and palletising of freight
  • RF scanning of incoming Stock

The Candidate:

To be successful in obtain this role you will have:

• 2+ years high reach experience
  • Replenishment and putaway experience up to 6 racks high
• Counter balance experience
  • Loading and unloading of trucks
• RF scanning experience
• Shrink wrapping experience, both manual and machine wraps
• Receiving and despatch experience
• You must be prepared to perform manual handling duties off of the forklift
• WHS knowledge
