Our client is seeking a new Warehouse Administrator to join a team that treats each other like family, with ongoing support and genuine progression opportunities within the business.

About the role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating invoices and sending them to clients
- Taking client payments for goods delivered
- Customer service when assisting customers picking up their orders directly from the warehouse
- Review returned goods and cross check received product matches credit return
- Review returned goods to determine if unsellable and requiring writing off
- Liaising with pick packers and drivers and assisting where applicable
- Quality control investigations when necessary
- Booking customer deliveries and issuing daily Transport Manifest
- Inventory transfers/P&L journals/data entry
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Ability to multi-task administrative duties with excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and polite communication style when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel
- Ability to perform when under pressure
- Ability to identify problems and successfully resolve them
- Team player with a family focus attitude and willingness to help
