A member of the team has progressed their career leaving a vacancy for a people centric and customer focused individual to join the team as the Warehouse Supervisor. Daily you will be responsible for managing a sizeable team working across AM and PM shifts, you will be responsible to lead and motivating a team towards ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time and the work you do with the team is always looking for process improvements. You know how to manage a business by data analytics reporting and have previously worked with PRONTO and Freight Management services platform. A Competitive salary package is on offer based on experience and expertise working in a 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance, training and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Work towards a positive and continuous improvement culture and work daily on achieving process improvements
- Work every day to achieve KPI's and seek to ensure all goods are accurately dispatched
- Operate materials handling equipment as required such as forklift/order picker and pallet wrapper as required.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in managing teams with in a third-party logistics working environment or experience supervising teams from time to time and you will have:
- Certificate IV in Warehouse and Logistics is preferred
- First Aid Qualifications preferred
- Dangerous goods training preferred
- A valid forklift licence
- A valid store picker licence is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
