We are looking for experienced and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader, with a valid LF ticket, to join our client who is a renowned family run business producing high quality products for the retail and hospitality market. This role includes overseeing all daily operations and ensuring accurate handling of goods from receipt to dispatch.

About the role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Lead team members to ensure productivity targets are met efficiently
- Monitoring and maintenance of stock levels
- Ensuring HACCP and GMP standards are maintained
- Overseeing all equipment and machinery used to ensure compliance with WHS policies
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Valid LF forklift license (high reach experience required)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory position (preferably within the food/FMCG industries)
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and inventory systems (E.g. Pronto, MYOB or similar)
- Experience operating a high reach forklifts 7 bays or higher.
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Flexible with covering a later start time when required.
- Team player with a proactive attitude
