About the role
As a Afternoon Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities
- Experience within the Logistics and Distribution Industry
- Knowledge of WMS - Manhattan highly beneficial
- Lead and mentor a dedicated warehouse team
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Uphold high standards in workplace safety and inventory management
- RF Scanning
- Conducting toolbox talks
- Documentation and reporting
Shift Pattern: 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Team Leader
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Valid LF Ticket.
- Must be willing to undertake a Police Check within first week of commencement.
- Attention to detail and care for products.
- People management skills
- Strong work ethic - we are looking for reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
