As part of our commitment to providing exceptional client service, we are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This fully remote role offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia while handling a high-quality NSW-based caseload.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a varied caseload of CTP, public liability, and TPD matters from initial client consultation through to settlement.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and a compassionate approach.
- Draft and lodge claims, prepare court documents, and handle all procedural aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.
- Engage and collaborate with barristers, medical experts, and insurers to progress matters effectively.
- Represent clients at mediations, informal settlement conferences, and other key stages to secure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused team environment while meeting billing and performance targets.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in personal injury law (CTP, public liability, and/or TPD claims essential).
- Proven ability to run files autonomously from inception to resolution, including litigated and non-litigated matters.
- Strong technical expertise in legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy to achieve excellent client outcomes.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage priorities and maintain client relationships remotely.
- A solutions-focused, client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
