About the Role
We are seeking casual Assembly Workers to join our team in building specialised chairs used in acute care, clinic care, and aged care settings. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble chairs to exact specifications used in medical and care settings
- Insert foam padding, staple leather or vinyl coverings to frames, and fit outer covers
- Ensure products meet quality standards and client requirements
- Work from instructions and follow safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organised work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Adapt to day-by-day workload and task requirements
What We're Looking For
- Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude
- Physically fit - no heavy lifting, but role requires standing and manual tasks
- Experience in assembly, upholstery, or similar work is a plus but not required
- Able to work well in a team and independently when needed
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 7:30am - 1:30pm (Fri)
