As their business continues to grow, they're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their supportive team.

About the role
As a Customer Service officer, your responsibilities would include:
· Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
· Processing quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy
· Providing tailored product information and support
· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
· Maintaining accurate customer records and order tracking
· Supporting front desk duties and general administration as needed
What You'll Bring
· Proven customer service or admin experience; manufacturing/distribution background highly regarded
· Eagerness to learn business operations with a confident, solution-focused mindset
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive team player with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic
· Tech-savvy with confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems
· must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
