They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager/ Team Leader to join their Morningside Branch.

About the role:

• Manage the service/ trades centre team of 3-5
• Rostering
• Controlling P&L and achieving top & bottom line growth
• Coaching, developing, mentoring and performance management of the team
• Resolving customer queries and complaints
• Monitoring all staff KPIs
• Empowering and motivating the team to achieve monthly goals

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in customer service and sales
• Manufacturing background is preferred
• Data base experience using software similar to SAP
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to have the difficult conversations with the team to further develop their skills and build the team
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Great sense of humour and are looking for your new 'work family'!
