They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager/ Team Leader to join their Morningside Branch.

About the role:
- Manage the service/ trades centre team of 3-5
- Rostering
- Controlling P&L and achieving top & bottom line growth
- Coaching, developing, mentoring and performance management of the team
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Monitoring all staff KPIs
- Empowering and motivating the team to achieve monthly goals
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in customer service and sales
- Manufacturing background is preferred
- Data base experience using software similar to SAP
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to have the difficult conversations with the team to further develop their skills and build the team
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Great sense of humour and are looking for your new 'work family'!
