The role:

A BDM / Sales Consultant is required by the Sydey business.

The position is New Business Development, providing national and international logistics solutions.

Working in a team environment, the position is fully supported with:

  • Sales Support fopr pricing, data analytics for clients and territory.
  • Client facing Divisional Managers for air, sea, road, customs, IT, and more, to assist with bespoke solutions design, implementation, and assurance
  • Customer Service and Account Management (Don't worry, you continue to earn commission, even though your accounts are being managed by Account Managers!)

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previoius freight forwarding sales experience.
  • Logistics and supply chain solutions knowledge.
  • Local AND International freight forwarding and transport market knowledge
  • Demonstrable understanding of supply chain operations, processes, principles, and value.
  • Proven sales skills and processes.
  • Good computer skills
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, and professional presentation.
  • Current, valid Drivers license
