About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated call centre experience with a passion for customer service. You are confident, energetic, with a drive to succeed along with:

• Demonstrated experience working in a call centre
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the delivery of service, negotiation and sales targets
• Excellent telephone skills, customer service orientation and tech savvy
• Experience working in an environment with KPI's
• Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong competency with MS Office and other CRM systems
